This was Liz and my second trip up to Alaska (and Kara's first) to train with Larry and the rest of the Alaska Iron Maiden's. Four days of good training, gear tweaking, technique critiquing. We are getting ready for IPF Worlds in Riesa Germany, May 29th-June 2nd. We also had a bit of fun (as you can see from several of the pics) as well as some sight seeing. The weather was not much different from Spokane, but there was lots of snow!!
