Q.
Was the length of the three-day
training camp appropriate?
If not, what are your suggestions?
A. Three days was perfect
i think. Ideally, i think
a separate day for the seminar
would be good, but that’s
just not doable since most
people wouldn’t be
able to get a four-day weekend
like that.
Q.
Did you feel like you received
the help you needed with
your training?
A. Yes, i think going one
by one and having Larry
watch us individually without
any distraction was a good
thing.
Q.
Did you feel the gear critiquing
and alterations were beneficial
to you?
A. Yes. i think talking
more about how to make the
alterations what to ask
for from the tailor, how
to know where to make the
alterations on the suit
or shirt, how to know when
to do it, etc. would be
even more helpful.
Q.
Do you feel you benefited
from the seminar?
A. Yes, I thought the seminar
was a better explanation
of the training system,
while the three days of
lifting were good for form
critique, how to do movements
etc.

C.C.

It was nice
to meet you this past weekend.
I just want to thank you
very much for taking the
time to organize and put
on the camp. Overall, it
was very helpful. All of
you were great to everyone
there, and I am sure all
of us appreciated it. I
know I did. Please pass
my thanks on to them.
Q.
Did you feel like you received
the help you needed with
your training?
A. I definitely got some
valuable feedback. I realize
now that I need to revamp
my squat form, which I will
start doing immediately.
The hard thing will be getting
feedback on whether or not
I get it right. I will find
help locally and get it
worked out.
Signed,
D.W.
