I got a last minute invite to be a guest lifter at the meet since I was already headed down to Newport to help wrap Brent.  So I packed my gear and off I flew. 

Julie was the first person that I ever contacted via e-mail when I wanted to get into powerlifting.  I found her website and she was kind enough to give me a sample of a workout routine.  She has now gone on to do Strongwoman competitions.
